Drew Lanza
Morgenthaler Ventures
Prior to joining Morgenthaler, Drew spent 15 years in senior operating positions in the telecommunications industry. He started his optical telecommunications career at Raynet, a pioneering company in the development of fiber to the home technologies. He was also the founding CEO and served for many years as a member of the Board of Directors of Lightwave Microsystems, a leader in design and manufacture of high volume optical integrated circuits. Drew received a BSEE and MSEE from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard.
Stewart Gollmer
Tenaya Capital
Stewart Gollmer is a Managing Director of Tenaya Capital. He initially joined the predecessor to Tenaya (Lehman Brothers Venture Partners) in 2001, and co-founded Tenaya in 2009. Previously, Stewart was a member of Lehman Brothers Technology Investment Banking group, where he was responsible for corporate finance and strategic advisory assignments. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Stewart was a corporate attorney. Stewart holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, a J.D. from Brigham Young University and a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.
Tim Krongard
QuestMark Partners
Tim joined QuestMark in 1998 as the Chief Financial Officer. Through the end of 2005, he managed all internal financial matters and assisted with transaction sourcing, due diligence investigations and financial analysis. Beginning in 2006, Tim relinquished the CFO role to focus on investment opportunities and his board positions. After receiving his MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School in 1990, he spent from 1990 to 1998 working in various management capacities with a variety of entrepreneurial ventures. Tim is a graduate of Princeton University. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Calvert School in Baltimore.
John Glushik
Intersouth Partners
Prior to joining Intersouth, John developed expertise in the information technology sector as a scientist, engineer and consultant. His previous experience includes telecommunications engineering at General Electric, data communications research at M.I.T. and strategy and market consulting at Booz-Allen and Hamilton. John is actively involved in the North Carolina Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED), has served as co-chair of the AeA Venture Forum, and is an Adjunct Professor at the Kenan-Flaglar Business School at UNC. He received a B.S. in mechanical engineering and materials science from Duke University, an M.S. in aeronautics and astronautics from M.I.T. and an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Jim Pastoriza
TDF Fund
Jim joined TDF early in 2004. He comes to TDF having been a founding partner of telegraph Hill Communications Partners, L.P. based in San Francisco, California and a partner of J.P. Morgan Communications Partners, L.P. He also has experience as an associate, and later partner, at AT&T Ventures. Prior to AT&T Ventures, Jim held operational positions at AT&T and Lucent Technologies. He received a B.S. from Columbia University and earned his M.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Joe Chinnici
Independent
Joe served as EVP/CFO of Comverse Technology, Inc. from 2008 to 2009. Prior to Comverse, he served as SVP, Finance and CFO at Ciena Corporation from 1995 to 2007, having previously served as Controller after joining Ciena in 1994. From 1993 through 1994, Joe was as a financial consultant for Halston Borghese Inc. and from 1977 to 1993, he held a variety of accounting and finance assignments for Playtex Apparel, Inc., now a division of Sara Lee Corporation. Joe has broad board level experience, having served on the board of directors of Sourcefire, Brix Networks, Optium Corporation, Guilford Pharmaceuticals, TR Systems and OTG Software. He holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from Southern Illinois University.
