With an expanded, globally available base of quality products and solutions, Overture offers customers a single supplier for all of their Carrier Ethernet needs – including support.
On May 1st, 2012 Overture deactivated the former Hatteras Networks customer support portal, consolidating all support information to the single Overture portal. If you were a former Hatteras Networks portal user, simply register for access to the Overture support portal to receive your new login credentials. Here you will be able to access all technical documentation and software that was previously only available on the HN portal. In addition, you will now have access to your company's active and historical support cases.
