Research Triangle Park, March 8, 2010 – Overture Networks, the industry’s trusted Carrier Ethernet solutions provider, today announced that Arthur Bergens has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the company. Mr. Bergens has more than 20 years of financial and operational experience in a wide range of both private and public companies. He will be based in Overture’s North Carolina headquarters.
“Arthur brings a uniquely diverse background with solid leadership experience in all of the key financial aspects involved in developing business and driving financial performance,” said Jeff Reedy, CEO of Overture. “His proven expertise in leading financial strategy and execution will be a critical component for us as we continue to build on our success and look to expand our reach as the Carrier Ethernet solutions leader.”
