Dear Valued Customer:
As you may have learned, I recently accepted the position of President and CEO at Overture. I am excited to be joining this vibrant company at a time when we are experiencing strong growth, international expansion, and establishment of a market-leading position in Carrier Ethernet. But what I am most excited about is the relationships Overture has created with a broad list of customers around the world.
We will continue to deliver cost effective Ethernet edge and aggregation solutions aimed at strengthening your competitive position in your markets. We will do this by focusing on reliability, ease-of-use and innovation – all things our customers tell us they value from an Overture relationship.
It is possible we have already met. I have spent a large part of my career working in the communications industry, the past ten years at Ciena. If we haven’t met, you can be assured that I will be making every effort to get to know you in the coming weeks and months. I am hopeful that my experience in customer-centric leadership positions in the technology sector proves to be an asset in our continued relationship.
As a valued Overture customer, you can continue to expect the world-class support and responsiveness you have previously enjoyed - we remain committed to enabling your success.
