Overture’s Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is home to a growing team of highly skilled and experienced engineers. Considered among the best in the Carrier Ethernet industry, our TAC engineers have the expertise customers expect from a Tier 3 technical support organization. We believe our technical support team sets us apart, even when compared with vendors many times our size. In short, the people on our technical support team are among the best in the Carrier Ethernet industry.  Recently, 100% of the TAC engineering team received their MEF Carrier Ethernet Certified Professionals certification (read more here).
