Special Services
Overture Networks training services are designed to match the needs of our customers with the abilities of our experienced Training Staff. These services provide flexible, solution-based activities to optimize a customer’s Operations and Maintenance capabilities and further enhance the performance of their technical personnel.
All work is based on a mutually agreed upon schedules and documented in a Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW will consist of a description and schedule of for all services/training. The customer and Overture Networks will both sign off on the SOW, indicating the start of a service.
