Gold - Advanced technical support for up to 3 years, advanced hardware replacement options and issue resolution agreements
Silver - Advanced technical support for up to 3 years and issue resolution agreements
Bronze - Basic service included with all purchases for the life of the standard warranty period
Special Note: All Overture Networks' products are sold with 30 days of Gold support
